The Stage at La Palmera Cafes Application

Thank you for your interest in holding an event at La Palmera. Please fill out the following information below completely for consideration. Please note, event proposals must be submitted at least eight weeks prior to the proposed event date and all organizations must provide proof of liability insurance. All non-profit organizations must provide proof of their non-profit status to receive special pricing.

  • Stage availability subject to change

  • Performers are responsible for providing all equipment and supplies (including, but not limited to: chairs, extension

  • 20 AMP electrical capacity

  • Volume level is subject to management approval and must not negatively impact surrounding businesses

  • Overhead music system will remain on during performance

  • Performance and attire must be family friendly and appropriate for all ages
